Construction of a 3,200 m2 chemical products warehouse with a tanker loading area (715 m2) and a corporate office building (655 m2).
Built with deep foundations and a prefabricated concrete structure.
The perimeter enclosures are built with prefabricated concrete, the roof with sandwich panels and the dividing partitions are prefabricated concrete panels with strong fire resistance.
