Construction of a 3,000 m² heavy materials warehouse equipped with a loading area and changing rooms. Built using superficial foundations and a prefabricated concrete structure. The perimeter enclosures are made of prefabricated concrete, the roof of sandwich panels and the dividing partitions of prefabricated concrete panels with high fire resistance. On one of the edges of the plot of more than 1,200 m², a retaining wall over 3 m high was built, with formwork on one side on an eccentric, continuous foundation.
